The team at Clayton Classics celebrated classic cars in Leamington last weekend at the annual Cars at the Spa. Clayton Classics brought along two fully-restored Jaguar E-Types to join the display of hundreds of cars at the Royal Pump Room Gardens.
Here are our highlights from this incredibly popular charity event, which attracted over ten thousand classic car enthusiasts, families and locals.
CLASSICS GALORE
Now in its seventh year, Cars at the Spa, organised by the Royal Leamington Spa Rotary Club, has become an annual highlight in leafy Leamington Spa.
This year there were more than 300 classic cars on display, with visitors enjoying seeing some stunning models up close and in the metal.
There was also entertainment to listen to, food and drink, plus the chance to have a leisurely picnic surrounded by a great array of classics.
FUN AND FUNDRAISING
It was a pleasure be a part of the event to help support this year’s two chosen charities, Warwickshire and Solihull Blood Bikes and Support Dogs.
Both do incredible work in their respective fields in the local community, so we are proud to be a part of Cars at the Spa again.
A RARE OPPORTUNITY TO OWN OUR RESTORATIONS
Additionally, Cars at the Spa was a great occasion to showcase our own classic car restoration expertise.
We brought along an early 1962 E-Type, that we had taken through a full nut and bolt restoration, including over 1,600 hours of labour and numerous upgrades. The car, which is currently for sale, has completed low mileage since being rebuilt.
Our second car on display was also a Clayton Classics restoration project – a stunning 1974 Series 3, V12 E-Type, which had undergone an extensive mechanical overhaul, including numerous upgrades in 2021. We are proud to also be able to offer this car for sale.
