Jaguar E Type

Our E Type heater kits include upgraded replacement components (heating element, electric motor, fan wheel) for the Series 1, 2 & 3 models, providing increased heat and air movement. Supplied in kit format with full instructions, this upgrade can be installed by the owner.

We also provide a refurbished heater service – send in your original heater and we will strip, shot blast and paint it before rebuilding it using our upgraded replacement parts. The finished unit looks brand new and significantly increases performance.

MK2 HEATER UPGRADE

Jaguar MKII

Our MKII heater kits include upgraded replacement components (heating element, electric motor, fan wheel) to provide increased heat and air movement. Supplied in kit format with full instructions, this upgrade can be installed by the owner.

We also provide a refurbished heater service – send in your original heater and we will upgrade and simplify the heater box. The upgrade includes a new copper heater matrix, a larger fan wheel, and a more powerful fan motor, which sits on a reinforced mounting plate. The heater casing is shot-blasted and powder coated in black, with slight modifications undertaken to the inner air flap. New foam seals are also applied. The finished unit looks brand new and significantly increases performance.

Jaguar XK120, 140 & early 150

We provide replacement circular heater elements for the XK120, 140 and early 150 cars, and a specifically designed uprated heater system for where the cars were originally fitted with a standard circular heater or no heater at all. Our heaters use modern technologies to give maximum performance from the smallest size possible.

Our replacement circular heater elements can also be fitted to these models.

Clayton is the home of the internationally recognised ‘circular’ heater fitted to countless prestige classic motor cars. Still manufactured today, they are hand-built by craftsmen to the original design using high efficiency wire wound tube

 

XK120-140 uprated heater

Jaguar XK120 & 140 Roadster

For XK120, 140 Roadster our uprated heater kits use modern technology to update and vastly improve the performance of the original unit.

XK120 (all Models) and XK140 Roadster – our unit replaces the existing circular heater and looks different from the original heater, but fits in exactly the same space.

Our XK150 kit contains a replacement motor and new copper/ aluminium high performance heater coil to increase air flow and heat from the existing unit, while the external appearance remains the same.
